Can I return my order?
Yes — you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it if you're not happy with your purchase. That said, a few conditions apply:
- The item needs to come back in its original condition, with all parts, accessories, and packaging included.
- Only normal handling is acceptable — damage from misuse won't qualify for a return.
- Items with hygiene considerations must be properly cleaned before you send them back.
- If an item arrives defective, let us know right away.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We reserve the right to decline returns if an item looks used, damaged, or doesn't meet these conditions.
How to Return Your Order
If your order qualifies for return, here's what to do:

- Include:
- Your order number
- Why you're returning it
Once we get your request, we'll send you the correct return address. Don't ship returns to the original sender's address — only to the address we provide.
Please note: we can only process returns once your package has actually been delivered. A package can't be returned or recalled while it's still in transit.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once you've placed an order, it can't be cancelled or changed.
That's because our fulfillment system is fully linked to our warehouse partners — as soon as an order is confirmed, it's automatically sent to our logistics network for processing, packing, and dispatch prep. Once that's underway, it can't be manually stopped or reversed.
We know this isn't always convenient, but it's what keeps our inventory and tracking accurate throughout fulfillment.
Refunds
Every returned item is inspected by our team first. Once it's approved, refunds can take up to 10 working days to process, and will go back to your original payment method unless we agree on something else.
All returns go to our central warehouse.
As noted, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
